Harry Walls has served at The Master’s University since 2015. Before coming to California, Harry served as the senior pastor of Shades Mountain Independent Church in Birmingham, Alabama, where for twenty-seven years he shepherded and gave leadership to a church with a passion to pray, study God’s Word, and proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ. Harry has earned degrees from Brown University, where he played football, and from Liberty University and Seminary, where he served as campus pastor while preparing for pastoral ministry. Harry and his wife, Karon, and have two children.
Carl ministered at Grace Church from 1990–1993, was ordained, and pastored two churches in the Los Angeles area from 1994–2014 before returning to Grace Church. He has a passion for foreign missions and travels internationally each year supporting leaders and volunteers in various countries. Carl serves on several missions boards, holds a certification with the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (ACBC), and serves as a board member of the Biblical Counseling and Discipleship Association of Southern California (BCDA SoCal). He also leads the Grace Advance ministry of Grace Church that provides pastoral leadership for developing churches. Carl has earned degrees from The University of Cincinnati and The Master's Seminary (M.Div., Th.M., D.Min.), and he serves as the dean of students, associate professor of pastoral ministries, and director of placement at The Master's Seminary. Currently, Carl co-pastors the Anchored fellowship group. He and his wife, Joanna, have five children.

Jonny is the Dean of Campus Life at The Master’s University, a Camp Director at Hume Lake Christian Camps and hosts the devotional podcast Dial In. He is passionate about the Gospel and God’s word and desires to see people understand and obey it. Jonny is married to his best friend Caity Jean.
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS AND MEMBERSHIP
Brett is a graduate of TMU (2009), and after that went on to receive a Master of Arts in Religion from Philadelphia Biblical University (now, Cairn University). Prior to working for TMU, Brett spent seven years in education, teaching Bible and Philosophy to high school juniors and seniors and developing curriculum at two schools, primarily in the area of Christian worldview and apologetics. He also enjoyed various coaching roles, where he was heavily involved in the mentoring and discipling of many student athletes. Brett and his family attend Placerita Bible Church, where they serve in a variety of capacities, including hosting the college ministry in their home. Brett is married to Lisa, and they have two boys, Griffin (4) and Boston (2), and a little girl.
DIRECTOR OF INTERNATIONAL MINISTRY
Marco serves as the Director of Membership at The Master’s Academy International (TMAI) in Los Angeles, California. Marco was born and raised in Berlin, Germany, where he served and studied at the European Bible Training Center (EBTC) since 2007. He finished his undergraduate studies at the EBTC, taught various classes with a focus on Church Administration and Biblical Discipleship & Counseling (Certified at the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (ACBC) since 2014), and he still serves as the Director of the EBTC Master of Divinity program. Marco earned his Master of Divinity degree at The Master’s Seminary in 2015. He was part of a leadership group of a church plant in downtown Berlin in 2016 (Eckstein Gemeinde Berlin), where he served as the Teaching- and Administrative Pastor. Marco is married to Katrina and they have four children.
DIRECTOR OF SPANISH MINISTRY
Lucas Alemán (M.Div., Th.M., Ph.D. Candidate) is Director of Spanish Education and Instructor of Old Testament at The Master’s Seminary, as well as Executive Director of the Sociedad Teológica Cristiana (Christian Theological Society). In addition, he pastors at Berea Bible Church in North Hollywood, California. He is the general editor and one of the authors of “La hermenéutica de Cristo” (“The Hermeneutic of Christ”), one of the contributors of “En ti confiaré” (“In You I Will Trust”), 2 vols., and one of the authors of “El orgullo” (“Pride”).
Lucas, a native of Argentina, began teaching in 2016 at The Master’s Seminary as an adjunct faculty member. While his courses of specialization are Old Testament Survey, Hebrew Grammar, and Hebrew Exegesis, he also teaches Greek Grammar, Greek Exegesis, and Theology. In 2018, he joined the faculty full-time. Lucas and his wife, Clara, have two sons, Elias Agustin and Enoc Emanuel, with a third due in September ‘21.
